* Ghoul Frenzy: Now has a 10-second cooldown.


Druid (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)

* Innervate: This ability has been redesigned to grant 450% of the casting Druid’s base mana pool to the target over 20 seconds.


Mage (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)

* Mirror Images: The images summoned by this spell will now target the creature that most hates the Mage, and should no longer cast Fire Blast or Frostbolt on targets that are affected by crowd control debuffs that break immediately on damage unless they are already casting these spells when crowd control is applied.


Priest (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)

* Divine Hymn: Healing and healing scaling reduced by 30%. Buff on affected players changed from 15% to 10%.
* Renewed Hope: Effect can no longer be dispelled.
* Soul Warding: Mana cost reduction is now 15% down from 30%.


Warlock (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)

* Nether Protection reduced to 30% damage reduction, down from 60%.
* Shadow and Flame: Now also includes Shadowburn.
* Fire and Brimstone: No longer increases the damage of your Immolate spell, but now increases the bonus damage your Incinerate deals to targets afflicted by your Immolate by 6/12/18/24/30%.
* Conflagrate updated: Consumes an Immolate or Shadowflame effect on the enemy target to instantly deal damage equal to 12 seconds of your Immolate, or 8 seconds of your Shadowflame.


Items

* Darkruned 2-Piece Set Bonus: The bonus critical strike chance for Frost Strike and Death Coil has been increased from 5% to 8%.
* Guise of the Midgard Serpent: The base attack power on this item has been lowered to balance it against items of a similar quality.
* Nightsong 4-Piece Set Bonus: Chance for Insect Swarm to trigger an instant Starfire changed to 15%.
* Scourgeborne 4-Piece Set Bonus: The runic power gain has been reduced to 5 runic power from 10 runic power.

Glyphs

* Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining.
* Glyph of Innervate: Has been adjusted to grant the Druid 90% of his or her base mana pool over 20 seconds.
* Glyph of Mass Dispel: Now only decreases Mass Dispel cost by 35%.
* Glyph of Penance: Now increases critical strike chance by 5% instead of its old effect.


User Interface
Equipment Manager

* When enabled from the Interface Options menu, this feature will allow players to store sets of equipment, easily swap between saved sets using hotkeys, and pull items directly from backpacks or bank slots (must be at the bank to equip inventory from the bank).


Bug Fixes
Death Knight

* Anti-magic Shell: Tooltip error corrected.
* Blood Boil: If no target is available for Blood Boil to hit, the spell will now cast and consume a blood rune but generate no runic power.

Druid

* Maim: Rank 2 of this ability is properly considered a stun and can be escaped by Blink.

Hunter

* Go For The Throat: Explosive Shot critical strikes now trigger this talent.
* Rabid: This Hunter pet talent no longer lists a percentage chance to be triggered, as that chance varies by the attack speed of the pet.

Paladin

* Divine Sacrifice: Damage done to the Paladin while this is active will no longer cause the effect to break early, and if it is dispelled or cancelled early, the damage counter will reset correctly the next time the spell is cast.

Rogue

* Shadow Dance: Issues with action bars and ability use arising from using Stealth while Shadow Dance is active have been fixed.

Warlock

* Demonic Sacrifice: This spell will no longer appear in any Warlock’s spellbook.


Bug Fixes - Dungeons and Raids

* Players can no longer become saved to a raid instance when they aren’t in the raid during a boss kill.

Ulduar

* The Spark of Imagination: Characters that release in part of the boss room will no longer be ported to Westfall or The Barrens.

Das erinnert mich an meinen ersten Onyxia-Raid anno-dazumal, bei dem wir eine ID hatten obwohl niemand in der Raidwoche unterwegs war... :roll:

Food / Drink
Most of the foods and drinks from Northrend have been boosted, the changes below also includes items restoring both health and mana at the same time.
Food restoring 13200 health over 30 sec now restores 18480 health over 30 sec.
Food restoring 15000 health over 30 sec now restores 22500 health over 30 sec.
Drink restoring 9180 mana over 30 sec now restores 12840 mana over 30 sec.
Drink restoring 12960 mana over 30 sec now restores 19200 mana over 30 sec.

Engineering
Attaching a scope to a ranged weapon now causes it to become soulbound.

Items
Elemental Focus Stone now gives Your harmful spells have a chance to increase your haste rating by 522 for 10 sec. (Old - 522 Spell Power)

Unholy
Death Strike tooltip was updated with the latest changes from live realms, now heals the Death Knight for 5% of his/her maximum health for each of his/her diseases on the target.
Improved Death Strike now also increases the healing granted by 25/50%

Tier 7 DPS Bonus changed to : Your Obliterate, Scourge Strike, and Death Strike generate an additional 5 Runic Power when used. (Down from 10 Runic Power)

Lock and Load now has a 2/4/6% (Down from 3/7/10%) chance to proc from periodic damage.

Rabid changed to - Successful attacks have a chance to increase attack power by 5%. (Old - 50% chance, could be a wording change)

Discipline
Soul Warding now reduces the mana cost of your Power Word: Shield by 15%. (Down from 30%)

Molten now deals 1885 to 2115 fire damage. (Down from 4713 to 5287 damage)

Scorch (25) ground effect now causes 3016 to 3384 Fire damage every second to all enemies within 13 yards. (Down from 6032 to 6768 Fire damage)

Stonebark's Essence (Elder Stonebark) now increases physical damage dealt by Freya by 75%. (Up from 50%)
Brightleaf's Essence (Elder Brightleaf) now increases Magic damage dealt by Freya and her Allies of Nature by 60%. (Up from 50%)
Iron Roots now deals 7800 to 8200 Nature damage every 2 sec. (Up from 5850 to 6150 damage)
Tidal Wave (Ancient Water Spirit) now deals 10175 to 11825 Nature damage. (Up from 7863 to 9137)

Cosmic Smash (10) now deals 41438 to 43562 Fire damage. (Up from 35613 to 41387 damage)
Cosmic Smash (25) now deals 53625 to 56375 Fire damage. (Up from 46250 to 53750 damage)

Priest
Mana Burn has been reduced to 10% mana burned (up to a maximum of 20% of the Priests mana), down from 13% (max 26%).
Mana Burn now causes Fear, Hex and Psychic Scream to break early when used.

Rogue
Blind (Rogue) is now in the same diminishing returns category as Fear effects, but no longer shares diminishing returns with Cyclone (Druid).

Warlock
The Warlock ability Death Coil now heals you for 300% of the damage done, up from 100%.
The Warlock ability Nether Protection will reduce spell damage by 30% instead of 60%.

A new mount has been added to the game, this is a TCG reward.
Magic Rooster Egg - Summons and dismisses a rideable Magic Rooster. No, seriously. This is a very fast mount.

Balance
Imrpoved Moonkin Form now causes target affected by your Moonkin Aura to gain 1/2/3% haste and you to gain 10/20/30% (up from 5/10/15%) of your spirit as additional spell damage.

Survival
Disengage cooldown has been lowered from 30 to 25 seconds.

Removed first pack of trash from Conservatory.
General Vezax trash has received further tweaks.
Sappers should do much less damage when they blow up. They may or may not laugh like the Predator when they initiate the self-destruct sequence.

* The NPCs just inside the front entrance of Ulduar (like a repair ogre) should no longer despawn.
* The Druid Tier 8 Nightsong Battlegear 4 piece bonus should now properly extend the length of Savage Roar.
* The Auriaya encounter has received the following changes: The range of Savage Pounce has been slightly reduced, the impact and periodic damage has been reduced in Heroic difficulty, the Guardian Swarm ability now summons 10 Swarming Guardians instead of 25 but their individual damage has been increased.
* The reflected damage done by Elder Stonebark with his Petrified Bark ability has been significantly reduced.
* In the Hodir encounter, the time to complete the hard mode has been increased to 3 minutes. (This will be applied during maintenance beginning with North America on Tuesday May 5.)
* The health of the Heart of the Deconstructor in the XT-002 Deconstructor encounter has been reduced.
* In the Thorim encounter, the Iron Ring Guard’s Whirling Trip ability will now only hit the tank.
* In the Assembly of Iron encounter, the duration of Overwhelming Power has been increased to 30 seconds in heroic mode and the amount of healing that Steelbreaker receives from Electrical Charge has been reduced to 20% of his max health.
* The first pack of trash mobs in the Conservatory of Life has been removed, one of the trash packs in the General Vezax room has been removed, all of the humanoids in General Vezax’s room are no longer immune to stuns, the Faceless Horrors will only go immune and summon Void Beasts once instead of 3 times, and the damage done when a Clockwork Sapper explodes has been significantly reduced.

the Faceless Horrors will only go immune and summon Void Beasts once instead of 3 times, and the damage done when a Clockwork Sapper explodes has been significantly reduced.

* Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining.
* Glyph of Innervate: Has been adjusted to grant the Druid 90% of his or her base mana pool over 20 seconds.
* Glyph of Mass Dispel: Now only decreases Mass Dispel cost by 35%.
* Glyph of Rapid Charge: Reduced to 7%, down from 20% cooldown reduction to Charge.
* Guise of the Midgard Serpent: The base attack power on this item has been lowered to balance it against items of a similar quality.
* Increased the health and mana restored from Northrend food and drinks.
* Most scopes now have a level requirement and will bind the item to which they are applied.
* Nightsong Garb 4-Piece Set Bonus: Chance for Insect Swarm to trigger an instant Starfire changed to 15%.
* Scourgeborne Battlegear 4-Piece Set Bonus: The runic power gain has been reduced to 5 runic power from 10 runic power.

Fishing
* Jewel of the Sewers: You can now fish in all parts of the Dalaran sewers for this quest.
* Phantom Ghostfish: Can now be caught from Nettlefish schools in Sholazar Basin.


Bug Fixes


Death Knights
* Anti-magic Shell: Tooltip error corrected.
* Blood Boil: If no target is available for Blood Boil to hit, the spell will now cast and consume a blood rune but generate no runic power.
Druids
* Maim: Rank 2 of this ability is properly considered a stun and can be escaped by Blink.
Hunters
* Go For The Throat: Explosive Shot critical strikes now trigger this talent.
* Lock and Load: The tooltip has been corrected to display its actual chance to occur.
* Rabid: This Hunter pet talent no longer lists a percentage chance to be triggered, as that chance varies by the attack speed of the pet.
Paladins
* Divine Sacrifice: Damage done to the Paladin while this is active will no longer cause the effect to break early, and if it is dispelled or cancelled early, the damage counter will reset correctly the next time the spell is cast.
Rogues
* Shadow Dance: Issues with action bars and ability use arising from using Stealth while Shadow Dance is active have been fixed.
* Tricks of the Trade: To prevent exploits, this ability can no longer be cast on non-player targets.
Warlocks
* Demonic Sacrifice: This spell will no longer appear in any Warlock’s spellbook.
Professions
Tailoring
* Swordguard Embroidery: Now correctly increases ranged attack power.
Dungeons and Raids
* Players can no longer become saved to an instance when they aren't in the instance during a boss kill.
Ulduar
* Hodir should now reset in a timely manner if a group fails to kill him.
* 10-player bosses that drop Runed Orbs will also sometimes drop the recipes that use those orbs.
* The Spark of Imagination: Characters that release in part of the boss room will no longer be ported to Westfall or The Barrens.

Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining. (Even if this change is still in the official notes, it was reverted in an earlier PTR version and this might be a small mistake in the official note update. In the latest PTR build the glyph is: Your Conflagrate spell no longer consumes your Immolate or Shadowflame spell from the target.)

A hotfix for this issue has been deployed. Hodir Hard Mode raiders rejoice! The casting of Flash Freeze will no longer interfere with the hard mode reward timer in this encounter.

We are now considering capping armor penetration at 100%. Armor could no longer go negative. We're not sure if we would do this in a hotfix or in 3.1.2. We just wanted to let anyone know who is furiously trying to acquire every armor pen item in the game.

Irgendwie war der Hotfix bugged :D

Was sie hotfixed haben war ein Bug das Hodir HardMode Fails wenn er bei 2:55 nen Flash Freeze startet und bei 2:56 auf 1HP geht aber der Fight durch den gestarteten Flash Freeze länger wie 3:00 dauert. IMHO ist der Bug mit dem Flash Freeze noch drin, nur macht er seinen Rare Cache bei aktivem Flash Freeze nicht mehr kaput ... auch nicht später.
